Christian Brain Retraining Mindsets
In my course, the Transformed Homemakers Society, I teach about Christian Brain Retraining Mindsets (BRMs) which are said after each brain rewiring session using the formula I provide.
These are powerful healing statements which train your brain into right thinking and are consistent with the Word.
So, I created a list of over 80 BRMs for you to try out when rewiring your brain for health, happiness, and to help you transform your home.

Here are a few tips for how to use this list
- Print the pages out. Keep them at the ready so you can pull from each category whenever you need it.
- Pray over the BRMs. Some of the BRMs in this list are already in the form of a prayer, but it’s important to pray over these and ask the Lord for help.
- FILL your mind. It’s important when you’re clearing your mind of negativity, to FILL it with something else. That’s where the BRMs come into play. So FILL your mind by saying your BRM out loud and however often you need.
How do brain retraining mindsets help?
By renewing your mind with these BRMs instead of negative thoughts you’re telling your brain how to think, therefore act and respond.
If you act contrary to your BRM it will create a cognitive dissonance and your brain will do all it can to correct that…how does it do that? By helping you to think and act in ways which ARE consistent with your BRM. It’s science.
You may not know it, but negative thoughts lead to negative feelings, which lead to chronic stress. What happens if we’re stuck in the chronic stress response?
