Hi, I’m Kyrie

I help Christian women escape constant stress and overwhelm so they can serve their families with joy and thrive with confidence in the role God has called them to.

I used to wake up dreading the day, already overstimulated and exhausted, just trying to get through it. Even the smallest moments felt like too much, and my children’s joyful shouts would overwhelm me, even though I adored them.

The Lord showed me a way out, and I began to understand how my mind and nervous system were responding, and how to retrain my brain in a way that was both biblical and livable inside real motherhood.

What started as my own quiet search for relief became a clear, repeatable process that I now teach thousands of mothers all around the world.

Now I’m able to move through my days calm and clear-headed, able to enjoy my children instead of enduring them, and I would love to help you experience that too.

How are you feeling in this season of motherhood?

Just amazed at the ‘little’ wins that are actually so big.

My husband just said to me, ‘You’re not getting offended by the things I’m saying like you normally would.’ And he’s right. I literally just am not offended anymore. I’m not biting my tongue or acting nicer, I’m truly hearing his words like a different person. Just amazed at the ‘little’ wins that are actually so big.

I just thanked the Lord for the true joy I felt in that moment.

I have felt myself several times starting to feel angry or ‘fight-flight-like,’ and I’ve stopped and began some of your reset things. I found myself being playful with my husband. We joked around and laughed several times yesterday after church, and I just thanked the Lord for the true joy I felt in that moment. I haven’t been playful or joked around with my husband in a long time.

I’m so thankful I’ve discovered brain rewiring through you.

I’ve noticed a huge shift, and so has my husband, even while he’s deployed. I’m able to stop, breathe, and remember either a mindset or a scripture in those extremely frustrating moments. I’ve been having to help my daughter with her colossal tantrums because I’ve been throwing adult tantrums back out of my own issues with fight or flight. I’m so thankful I’ve discovered brain rewiring through you.
