I’m Kyrie, a Christian wife and mom, and I teach this because I lived everything you’re going through.
I spent years in chronic overwhelm, reactivity, and sensory overload. I know what it feels like to dread the morning, to snap at my family, only to feel plagued with guilt later and to wonder why something that’s supposed to be a blessing feels so impossibly hard.
Through studying human behavior, renewing my mind biblically, and applying a practical step-by-step process inside real family life, I found a way out. What started as my own desperate search for relief became a clear, repeatable method.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of Christian women become calmer, more emotionally steady, and more joyful in their homes. My approach is grounded in God’s Word and supported by formal university training in psychology and human behavior, because the science simply confirms what God already designed.
