Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Real pumpkin, real cream, and a hint of spice that makes even an ordinary morning feel like a slow autumn Saturday.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
Servings: 4 servings
Course: Drinks

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk (use more heavy cream than milk if you want it creamier)

Method

  1. Pour everything into a mason jar, twist on the lid, and give it a good shakey-shake until smooth and cozy. Then swirl it into your favorite coffee and sip like it’s the first crisp morning of fall.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and shake before each use.
