THS Gathering – Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The THS Gathering (“Community”), a private coaching community offered by Transformed Homemakers Society (THS). By enrolling in a THS course that includes access to the THS Gathering, you agree to the following terms.

Community Access Included With Course

Enrollment in an eligible THS course includes complimentary access to the THS Gathering for an initial three (3) month trial period. This trial is provided at no cost and begins on the date you gain access to the community.

Automatic Paid Membership After Trial

After the initial three (3) month trial period ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid, month-to-month subscription.

  • You will be charged automatically at the recurring monthly rate using the payment method on file.
  • No reminder, warning, or notification will be sent prior to this charge.
  • By joining the THS Gathering, you expressly consent to this automatic billing arrangement.

If you do not wish to continue as a paid member, you must cancel before the end of the three-month trial period.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your THS Gathering membership at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • You may also cancel at any time after becoming a paid member to stop future charges.
  • No refunds are issued for charges already processed, including partial months.
  • Access to the THS Gathering will remain active through the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription status.

Pricing & Billing

  • The monthly subscription price will be clearly displayed at the time of enrollment or within your account portal.
  • Prices are subject to change; however, any changes will apply only to future billing cycles.
  • Failed or declined payments may result in suspended access until payment is resolved.

Nature of the Community

The THS Gathering is a coaching-based peer community designed to provide encouragement, education, and discussion around homemaking, mindset transformation, and nervous system regulation from a Christian worldview.

  • This community is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
  • No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.
  • Participation is voluntary, and engagement levels may vary.

Community Conduct

To preserve a safe and respectful environment, members agree to:

  • Treat others with respect, kindness, and discretion
  • Avoid gossip, harassment, shaming, or divisive behavior
  • Maintain confidentiality of shared personal experiences

THS reserves the right to remove any member who violates community standards, without refund, at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content shared within the THS Gathering—including trainings, posts, prompts, and resources—is the intellectual property of Transformed Homemakers Society and may not be copied, distributed, or shared outside the community without written permission.

Modification of Terms

THS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the THS Gathering constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By joining the THS Gathering, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the three-month free trial is limited in duration
  • You understand and agree to automatic monthly billing after the trial ends
  • You understand that no reminder or warning will be sent before billing begins
  • You accept full responsibility for managing your subscription

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not participate in the THS Gathering.

For questions regarding your membership, please contact THS support through the official course platform.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to downloads, workshops, and resources, are non-refundable. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Course Purchases (If a Guarantee Is Offered)

In the event that a specific course purchase includes a stated refund guarantee at the time of purchase, the following conditions apply:

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 45 days of enrollment
  • Complete 30 consecutive days of consistent practice of the proactive brain rewiring formula
  • Fully engage with each component of the formula as instructed inside the course

This is not a passive program, and results are contingent upon full participation and application. Refunds will only be considered for those who have made a genuine, documented effort to implement the process as designed.

Proof of completion and consistency may be required, including but not limited to:

  • Completed worksheets
  • Tracking logs or notes
  • Clear demonstration of daily application

If these conditions are not met, no refund will be issued.

Testimonials, Feedback, and Community Content

From time to time, participants may voluntarily share testimonials, success stories, reviews, feedback, praise, results, experiences, or other statements regarding Transformed Homemakers Society (“THS”), its courses, programs, memberships, challenges, resources, or services.

This feedback may be submitted or shared in a variety of ways, including:

  • Within the THS Gathering community
  • In comments or replies within THS courses or programs
  • During live calls or events
  • Through surveys or feedback forms
  • By email sent directly to THS or Kyrie
  • Through direct messages or other communications sent to THS
  • In response to a request for feedback or a testimonial

Permission to Use Testimonials

By voluntarily submitting or sharing content that reasonably constitutes a testimonial, review, success story, feedback, praise, or statement about your experience with THS, you grant Transformed Homemakers Society a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and repurpose that testimonial for legitimate business, educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.

This may include use in or on:

  • THS websites and sales pages
  • Emails and newsletters
  • Social media
  • Digital and print advertising
  • Course or membership materials
  • Webinars and presentations
  • Promotional graphics
  • Launch materials
  • Other THS marketing, educational, or promotional materials

THS may excerpt or make minor edits to a testimonial for length, spelling, grammar, clarity, or formatting, provided that such edits do not materially change the meaning, substance, or sentiment of the original statement.

Unless otherwise agreed, no compensation, royalty, or other payment is owed for the use of voluntarily submitted testimonials or feedback.

Identification

Unless you specifically request anonymity, THS may attribute a testimonial using limited identifying information such as your first name, first name and last initial, or other identifying information that you voluntarily provided with the testimonial.

THS will not intentionally publish highly sensitive personal information contained in a private community discussion or communication merely because that communication also contains positive feedback.

Use of your full legal name, identifiable photograph, video likeness, or other substantially identifying personal information for advertising or promotional purposes may be subject to additional permission when appropriate.

If you would prefer that a testimonial you provide be used anonymously, you may request this when submitting it.

Gathering Community Content

Participation in the THS Gathering does not mean that every post, comment, question, story, photograph, or discussion you share becomes marketing material.

However, if you voluntarily post a statement within the Gathering that reasonably constitutes a testimonial, success story, review, praise, feedback, or description of your results or experience with THS, that testimonial may be used as described in this section.

THS may, for example, use statements such as descriptions of:

  • Improvements or changes you have experienced
  • Wins you attribute to using THS tools or methods
  • Your experience participating in a THS program
  • What you found helpful about a course, challenge, membership, or resource
  • Recommendations or praise of THS
  • Before-and-after descriptions voluntarily shared as feedback

Ordinary requests for support, personal questions, sensitive disclosures, or conversations between community members are not automatically treated as testimonials merely because they are posted inside the Gathering.

Testimonials Sent by Email

If you voluntarily email THS or Kyrie with a testimonial, success story, review, description of your results, praise, or other feedback regarding your experience with THS, you agree that THS may use that testimonial in accordance with this section.

You do not need to use the word “testimonial” for this provision to apply. A communication that would reasonably be understood as feedback about your experience with THS may qualify.

Accuracy of Testimonials

Testimonials represent the individual experiences and opinions of the people providing them. Individual results vary, and the use of a testimonial does not constitute a promise or guarantee that another participant will experience the same or similar results.

THS will not knowingly alter a testimonial in a way that materially misrepresents the participant’s original experience or opinion.

Withdrawal Requests

If you later want THS to stop using a testimonial attributed to you, you may contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS].

We will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use of the testimonial in materials under our direct control. However, we may not be able to recall materials that have already been printed, distributed, published, scheduled, archived, or incorporated into previously created materials.

Processing & Transaction Fees

All approved refunds will be issued minus any credit card, payment processing, or transaction fees incurred by THS at the time of purchase and refund. These fees are non-recoverable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Additional Notes

  • Refund eligibility is determined solely at our discretion based on the criteria above
  • No refunds will be granted for partial participation, lack of use, or failure to follow the program as instructed
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy

Challenge materials may be released according to the Challenge schedule rather than being made available all at once. Purchasing REWIRE does not entitle you to receive future Challenge content before its scheduled release date.

3. REWIRE Access Period

REWIRE is a limited-access live experience, not a lifetime-access course.

Unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular cohort, the access schedule is:

Day 1–Day 30:
The official live REWIRE Challenge.

Days 31–37:
A seven-day completion and download period. During this time, participants may catch up on Challenge materials they missed and download the resources specifically designated as theirs to keep.

Day 38:
REWIRE Challenge access closes. Access to Challenge videos, audios, trainings, live-call replays, and Challenge-related community access ends.

Once access closes, you should assume you will no longer be able to log in and retrieve REWIRE Challenge content.

It is your responsibility to complete any desired catch-up work and download eligible keep-forever materials before the access deadline.

Failure to view, complete, or download materials during the access period does not extend your access and does not entitle you to a refund, extension, or replacement access.

4. Keep-Forever REWIRE Materials

Certain REWIRE resources are specifically designated as Keep-Forever REWIRE Tools.

These may include:

  • ODP worksheets
  • The Proactive REWIRE Formula
  • The Responsive REWIRE Formula
  • Your Personalized Responsive Script
  • BRM exercises
  • Your Session Planner
  • Your REWIRE Forever Plan
  • Other materials expressly marked as downloadable or keep-forever resources

Participants may download and retain these designated materials for their own personal use.

Unless expressly designated otherwise, videos, audios, guided sessions, trainings, community content, live-call recordings, and replay recordings are not keep-forever materials and may become unavailable when Challenge access closes.

Participants are responsible for downloading eligible materials before the stated access deadline. THS is not required to restore access or resend downloadable materials after the Challenge access period ends.

5. Live REWIRE Calls

REWIRE includes the live experiences described on the applicable sales page, currently anticipated to include:

  1. The REWIRE Kickoff Call
  2. The Live Rewiring Call
  3. The Wins + Questions Call
  4. The REWIRE Forever Planning Call

Live attendance is encouraged but is not required.

Call replays will be made available to enrolled participants as described in the Challenge materials. Unless expressly designated otherwise, live-call replays are available only during the REWIRE access period and expire when Challenge access closes.

Dates, times, platforms, and details for live calls will be communicated to participants. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to call dates, times, format, technology, or delivery when necessary. If a call must be rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants.

Enrollment does not guarantee that you will personally be coached, that your question will be answered, or that your individual example will be discussed during a live call.

6. Recording of Live Calls

Live REWIRE calls may be recorded so that replays can be made available to other enrolled participants.

If you choose to participate on camera, speak, submit a question verbally, use the chat, or otherwise participate in a recorded portion of a call, your name, image, voice, comments, or other information you voluntarily share may appear in the participant replay.

Please use discretion when sharing personal or sensitive information during live calls.

REWIRE enrollment does not by itself authorize THS to use your identifiable image, voice, story, or participation in public advertising or marketing materials. Any such use may be subject to a separate permission or release where appropriate.

7. THS Gathering Access

REWIRE includes temporary access to the private THS Gathering community and Gathering Library for the period described in the Challenge offer.

This access is provided as part of the REWIRE experience and does not create a right to permanent or lifetime Gathering membership.

Unless you separately purchase or opt into continued Gathering membership, your Challenge-related Gathering access ends when the applicable REWIRE access period ends.

Participation in the Gathering is also subject to any community rules or guidelines posted inside the community.

Participants agree to interact respectfully and not to engage in harassment, abusive conduct, spam, unauthorized solicitation, unlawful conduct, or conduct that materially interferes with another participant’s experience.

We reserve the right to remove posts, moderate discussions, or suspend or terminate community access for material violations of these rules.

8. Community Privacy and Confidentiality

REWIRE is intended to provide an environment where women can discuss their experiences, struggles, questions, and wins.

Participants agree not to screenshot, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, or publicly share another participant’s personal story, question, image, video, or identifying information without that participant’s permission.

However, REWIRE is a group program. THS cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

You should therefore use discretion when deciding what personal, family, medical, mental-health, marital, or other sensitive information to share within the community or during live calls.

9. Individual Enrollment Only

Each REWIRE purchase and enrollment is for one individual participant only.

You may not share your:

  • Login information
  • Course access
  • Videos
  • Audios
  • Live-call links
  • Live-call recordings
  • Community access
  • Worksheets or downloads
  • Paid Challenge content

with anyone who has not separately received authorized access.

Purchasing one enrollment does not create a household, family, group, church, coaching, or organizational license.

10. Intellectual Property and Personal-Use License

All REWIRE content, including but not limited to the REWIRE formulas, frameworks, terminology, teaching materials, scripts, worksheets, exercises, recordings, videos, audios, graphics, downloads, guided sessions, prompts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Transformed Homemakers Society and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your enrollment gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the materials for your own personal purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, teach, upload publicly, commercially exploit, or create a competing program, course, membership, coaching service, or other commercial product using REWIRE materials or proprietary methods without prior written permission.

The fact that certain resources are designated “keep forever” means that you may retain and continue using those resources personally after the Challenge ends. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying material or grant redistribution or commercial-use rights.

11. Participant-Created Materials

You retain ownership of the personal information and original content you add to your own completed worksheets, journals, plans, or exercises.

THS retains all rights in the underlying worksheet designs, formulas, prompts, frameworks, teaching methods, and other proprietary materials.

If you voluntarily submit a question, example, ODP, or other material for discussion during the Challenge, you authorize THS to use that submission as reasonably necessary to provide the Challenge, answer your question, or discuss the example within the enrolled REWIRE cohort.

12. Price and Payment

The price applicable to your REWIRE cohort is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

REWIRE may also be eligible for installment-payment services such as Afterpay or Klarna when those options are available at checkout.

Any third-party installment or financing arrangement is also subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms. Selecting a third-party installment option does not change these REWIRE Terms or the REWIRE refund policy.

13. Refund Policy

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, REWIRE purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

REWIRE includes access to proprietary teaching methods, formulas, tools, worksheets, guided practices, community resources, and live support. Because digital and proprietary materials are made available as part of enrollment, they cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product.

Refunds will not be issued because a participant:

  • Changes her mind
  • Does not begin or complete the Challenge
  • Falls behind
  • Does not attend a live call
  • Experiences a scheduling conflict
  • Does not use the community
  • Does not download materials before access closes
  • Does not achieve a particular desired outcome
  • Decides the Challenge requires more time or effort than expected

Please review the sales page and these terms carefully before purchasing.

If THS cancels an entire REWIRE cohort and does not provide a reasonably comparable replacement, rescheduled cohort, or other appropriate remedy, THS may issue a refund of the applicable amount paid directly for REWIRE.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

14. Participation and Results

REWIRE is an implementation-based educational program.

Purchasing REWIRE does not guarantee a particular emotional, spiritual, behavioral, relational, physical, financial, or other outcome.

Participants are responsible for choosing whether and how to use the information provided and for completing the practices they believe are appropriate for them.

Individual results vary based on many factors, including each participant’s circumstances, consistency, participation, starting point, and application of the material.

Testimonials and participant stories describe the experiences of individual participants and are not guarantees that another participant will experience the same results.

15. Educational and Medical Disclaimer

REWIRE is a Christian educational and personal-development program.

REWIRE is not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of any physical or mental-health condition.

Nothing provided through REWIRE should be interpreted as individualized medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, or other healthcare advice.

REWIRE is not intended to replace care from a physician, psychologist, counselor, therapist, psychiatrist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

You should consult an appropriate qualified professional regarding medical or mental-health concerns and before changing an existing treatment plan.

Do not stop medications, disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking appropriate care because of information provided through REWIRE.

You are responsible for determining whether any exercise, visualization, practice, or other activity is appropriate for you. If a practice causes significant distress or you have concerns about your physical or mental health, discontinue the practice and seek appropriate professional guidance.

THS does not provide emergency or crisis services through REWIRE or the Gathering.

16. No Professional Relationship

Enrollment in REWIRE does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship between you and THS, Kyrie, or any member of the THS team.

Any individual feedback provided during a live call, community discussion, or other Challenge activity remains educational in nature.

17. Technical Requirements and Third-Party Platforms

REWIRE may be delivered using third-party platforms and services such as course-hosting software, community software, email providers, video-conferencing platforms, or payment processors.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate internet access, devices, software, login credentials, and other technology reasonably necessary to participate.

Temporary outages or technical problems affecting a third-party platform do not automatically entitle participants to refunds or permanent extensions. When a material technical issue substantially interferes with access, THS will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.

18. Program Changes

Because REWIRE is a live program, THS may make reasonable changes to:

  • Call times or dates
  • The order or timing of lessons
  • Specific exercises
  • Technology or delivery platforms
  • Community organization
  • Supporting resources
  • Live-call format

when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the Challenge.

Any such changes will be made in a manner intended to preserve the overall substance of the REWIRE experience.

19. Suspension or Termination of Access

THS may suspend or terminate a participant’s access for material violations of these Terms, including:

  • Sharing paid content or login credentials
  • Unauthorized copying or distribution of THS intellectual property
  • Harassment or threatening conduct
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated disruption of the community or live calls
  • Unauthorized commercial solicitation
  • Other material misuse of the Challenge or community

To the extent permitted by law, termination for a material breach of these Terms does not create an entitlement to a refund.

20. REWIRE Graduate Tuition Credit

Eligible REWIRE participants will receive a $100 REWIRE Graduate Tuition Credit that may be applied toward a new enrollment in the full Transformed Homemakers Society program during the designated REWIRE Graduation Enrollment Period.

The Graduate Tuition Credit is subject to the following conditions:

Credit Amount

The credit is worth $100 USD toward eligible THS tuition.

Graduation Enrollment Period

The Graduate Credit is available only during the designated 7-day REWIRE Graduation Enrollment Period.

Under the standard REWIRE schedule, the Graduation Enrollment Period ends on Day 45.

The exact expiration date and time for each cohort will be communicated to participants.

Expiration

The Graduate Credit must be redeemed before the stated Graduation Enrollment deadline.

Once that deadline passes, the Graduate Credit expires and cannot be carried forward to a future THS enrollment period.

Eligible Purchase

The credit may be used only toward an eligible new enrollment in the full Transformed Homemakers Society program during the Graduation Enrollment Period.

It may not be applied toward:

  • The THS Gathering membership
  • Another REWIRE cohort
  • Other courses, memberships, challenges, or products
  • Purchases made before the Graduation Enrollment Period
  • Purchases made after the credit expires

One Credit Per Participant

Each eligible participant may redeem a maximum of one $100 REWIRE Graduate Tuition Credit.

No Cash Value

The Graduate Credit:

  • Has no cash value
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Cannot be transferred or sold
  • Cannot be refunded as cash
  • Cannot be applied retroactively
  • Cannot be combined with another promotional credit unless THS expressly states otherwise

If a THS payment plan is offered during Graduation Enrollment, the credit will be applied toward THS tuition in the manner indicated at checkout.

Promotional Credit

The REWIRE Graduate Credit is a limited-time promotional tuition benefit associated with participation in REWIRE. It is not a gift card, cash payment, or stored-value account.

21. Gathering Membership After REWIRE

Temporary Gathering access provided as part of REWIRE does not automatically create an ongoing paid Gathering membership unless an automatic renewal or subscription is clearly disclosed and affirmatively selected at checkout.

If you later choose to continue inside the THS Gathering, that membership will be a separate purchase or subscription subject to the Gathering pricing and membership terms in effect at that time.

22. Relationship to General Website Terms

These Terms address the terms specific to REWIRE.

All other matters—including privacy practices, website use, limitations of liability, dispute procedures, governing law, and other general legal provisions—remain governed by the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Transformed Homemakers Society.

By purchasing or participating in REWIRE, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these REWIRE Terms.
