I designed this plan to take away all the stress behind the question “what are we going to eat for dinner?” I created a meal plan that makes it possible to only eat out when you WANT to – not because you have no other option.

I made this meal plan so you can feel prepared to feed your family healthy meals throughout the week. 

This plan was designed with working parents, stay-at-home mamas, and busy people in mind! Each recipe only takes about 30 minutes or less of hands-on time and most can be prepared from start to finish within 30 minutes flat. 

I made this meal plan to fit everybody’s cooking style whether you like to cook from scratch or semi-homemade.

I am a busy homeschool mom of twins, one who has severe medical complexities so I was really struggling with making healthy meals every night for my family because it took so much energy and thought to decide and plan and shop and cook, especially with experiencing decision fatigue from all the extra information and decisions needing to be made because of the pandemic. I have made almost all the recipes in weeks one and two so far and have enjoyed all of them but the cashew chicken made me do the happy dance. It was so good.  I am excited to see the Spring/Summer recipes. I’m also enjoying using my sourdough starter. That’s initially how I discovered you— I found your sourdough instructions on Pinterest and you made it seem so doable and less intimidating! Looking forward to more making recipes.

I’ve been in your shoes.. and there is a better way!

As a new wife and soon-to-be mother, I had no idea how to make healthy dinners every night! That seemed so daunting to me. After trial and error with meal planning, I created a plan that worked for me and now I’m sharing it with you.

My meal plans are in a rotational format so you can rotate through the meals as the months go by. The meal plan is delivered as a PDF so you can keep it on your phone or print it off.

50-60 healthy recipes in each meal plan which are organized by week so all you have to do is look at the meals for that week and get your groceries. I provide weekly grocery lists, kitchen essentials shopping lists, and healthy brand suggestions.

Customizable for your family


Every meal can be doubled, tripled, or halved to fit your family’s needs. I provide “from scratch” options as well as “in a pinch” ideas to shave time off the recipe. You can alter the recipes based on dietary preferences as much as you’d like.

Perfectly organized meal plan


All the recipes are organized by week, with each week giving about 4 unique recipes. They are designed to make enough so you can use the leftovers for lunch the next day. Cook once, eat twice is my motto! The meals are all about 30 minutes or less of hands-on time and I provide tons of options for “easy button meals” for those crazy nights where you only have 5-10 minutes to cook. Lastly, I give you a little quick facts section letting you how what you need to do the night before to prepare for that meal (ie. defrost meat, feed a sourdough starter, etc.).
