How to Store Dates Milkshakes

Date milkshakes are best enjoyed right after blending, however, you can store them with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. You can also freeze your dates milkshake and thaw it overnight in the refrigerator.

Dates Milkshake Tips

  • Blend long enough - a solid minute (or more) is necessary for this shake.
  • Soak dates - soaking dates for at least 30 minutes will plump them up and make them softer and more easily blended.
  • Don't forget to remove the pits - this is a MUST when blending dates.
  • Use medjool dates - medjool dates have a thin and softer skin compared to other types of dates.
