It’s my mission to transform homemakers from overwhelm to perfect peace.

Whether you’re new or if you’ve come across my work before, you should know first and foremost that I help Christian women break free from constant stress and overwhelm so they can serve their families with joy and thrive with confidence in the role God has called them to.

I know that sounds like a HUGE promise, but it’s not one I make lightly. In fact, I’ve had my own transformation going from homemaking from a place of drudgery to experiencing the Lord’s perfect peace. 

The truth is – if you’re willing to implement a clear, repeatable process, you can have your own transformation, and change the entire tone of your home. 

These proven strategies are the same ones that helped me go from a burned-out and overstimulated to a wife, mother, and homemaker who wakes up every morning with a clear vision for my family and a passion for the work I do in the home. 

But that mission was born out of desperation.

Have you ever found yourself snapping before breakfast even hits the table? Already overstimulated before the day has even begun? Moving through your home with tension in your jaw, irritation simmering just under the surface, wondering how something you prayed for could feel this heavy?

I know that place because I was there.

There was a time when homemaking felt like daily drudgery. I was an angry wife. An overstimulated mother. Chronically exhausted. Sick more often than not. I had too many physical ailments to count — frequent infections, food sensitivities, chronic fatigue, hyper-sensitivity to noise, touch, everything.

From the moment I woke up until I collapsed into bed, my body was in fight-or-flight.

And the hardest part?

I was questioning why the Lord had given me this calling.

You know where that led me? Straight to my lowest point as a homemaker.

Life felt like I was wading through molasses just to get through the day. I knew motherhood was my calling. I believed in biblical homemaking. I loved the Lord. I read my Bible. I prayed.

But I was miserable.

And, as it turns out – there’s a MUCH better way to live life as a homemaker – one that is productive, yet peaceful and is designed to make us closer to the Lord as well as our families while experiencing our own internal peace.

I have a theory.
My theory is that mothers who are struggling and living in a burnt out overstimulated state are feeling this way because they’re living in a constant state of fight or flight that they have just become accustomed to, and normalized
– most of us have been unknowingly walking around in low-grade fight or flight for far too long.


Which is why so many moms are constantly overstimstimulated. Reacting before they even have time to think. Tiny things stress them out beyond belief and before they know it they’re frantically moving about the house and don’t even know why.


You feel tired but wired. You have trouble sleeping even though you’re exhausted. You’re irritable and short-tempered. You get sick more often. You feel anxious for no clear reason.


These are all signs of a dysregulated nervous system.


And the beautiful thing is: there are very practical, very effective ways to regulate your nervous system intentionally. To move yourself out of that fight-or-flight state and into a state of rest and restoration.

Now, after healing, I am able to show up as the most nurturing version of myself regardless of my circumstances. I’ve mended my relationships with my family and gotten closer to the Lord than I ever could have imagined. My nervous system is no longer in constant fight or flight and the weight I’d been carrying for years has been lifted. I move through my days calm and clear-headed, able to breathe, able to enjoy my children instead of enduring them. I feel genuine joy and peace now—not because everything changed, but because I did. I wake up with anticipation instead of dread, and I finally have clarity and confidence about the vision I’m building for my family.

I didn’t climb out of that season by trying harder, fixing my personality, or waiting for my circumstances to improve. I had learned how my mind and nervous system were responding to constant pressure, past trauma, and hormonal stressors mothers so often experience—and I learned how to retrain them in a way that was both biblical and livable inside real motherhood. What began as my own quiet, desperate search for relief slowly became a clear, repeatable process that I now share with women all over the world.
