“I was over stimulated, living with chronic stress, an angry mom and a quarrelsome wife. I would dread it when my kiddos came to talk to me especially when I was in the middle of doing something. I would crave alone time away from my kiddos. Loud noises used to bug me. I was constantly in flight or fight because of triggers that reminded me of my childhood. It took me about a month to talk to my husband about the course because I have a hard time with paying for courses online that I am skeptical about. When I talked to my husband, we were prayerful about choosing this course. Also the fact that you have included homework and worksheets – gives a person practical exercises – not just pius platitudes. Further, there is no condemnation in your assessments of mom rage, impatience, yelling, ingratitude, complaining, etc – just a way out!! Moms condemn themselves far too much – we don’t need people tut tutting and reminding us we are bad mothers – also just acknowledging the fact that homemaking and child rearing is new – nobody is good at it – everything has to be learned. Ideal Homemaker Persona Exercise – Define who you want to become as a homemaker, wife, and mother. This is a very powerful exercise that’ll set the stage for the course.
Nervous System Quick Reset: Simple daily practices to regulate stress and create the energy to thrive.

Module One: Intentional Vision, Culture and Unique Homemaker Qualities (UHQs).
Creating your Intentional Family Vision, Culture and Unique Homemaker Qualities (UHQs): If you feel like you’ve lost yourself in homemaking and motherhood, I’ll help you reclaim the qualities that you used to love about yourself – the ones your husband fell in love with you for!

Module 3: Practical Guide for Brain Rewiring Strategies
This module introduces you to Christian visualization and meditation, offering tips and ideas to make these practices effective for calming your nervous system and reducing triggers. You’ll experience guided visualizations and meditations grounded in Scripture, learn how Bible reading and verse memory can support brain rewiring, and explore how to renew your mind for a Christ-centered mindset. Additionally, you’ll gain tools for processing trauma biblically and discover the importance of self-care as a homemaker.


Module 4: Implementing the Christian Brain Rewiring Formula
This module helps you break free from old destructive patterns (ODPs) by creating a battle plan for lasting change. You’ll address common struggles like hurry sickness and find motivation as a weary homemaker, while also learning strategies to simplify life and reduce overstimulation. You’ll also be implementing the Christian brain rewiring formula.


Module 5: Building your Simplified Homemaking Rhythms (SHRs)
We get really practical in this module. You’ll learn meal planning methods, including how I use Trello to stay organized and simplify the process. You’ll discover easy-button meal ideas and strategies for timing dinner to reduce stress in your day. We’ll also explore cleaning systems that work for busy homemakers with young children, embrace the blessing of children, and discuss how to navigate the seasons of postpartum and overwhelm with grace and support.

Q: How do brain retraining and visualization fit in with a biblical world view?
A: Brain retraining, when Christ-centered, is rooted in renewing the mind according to Scripture rather than emptying the mind or relying on self as New Age practices do.
1. Biblical Meditation vs. New Age Meditation – New Age meditation often promotes emptying the mind, seeking enlightenment within, or manifesting desires. In contrast, biblical meditation focuses on filling the mind with God’s Word. Joshua 1:8 says, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night…”
2. Taking Thoughts Captive – Instead of passively observing thoughts (as mindfulness practices suggest), we actively take thoughts captive and align them with truth. 2 Corinthians 10:5 says, “We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”
3. Brain Renewal Through Scripture – Romans 12:2 tells us, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” A Christ-centered approach involves replacing negative or anxious thoughts with Scripture and truth, allowing God to reshape our thinking about many of life’s struggles.
4. Relying on the Holy Spirit, Not Self – New Age practices focus on self-empowerment and personal energy. In contrast, biblical brain renewal depends on the Holy Spirit. Philippians 4:8 encourages us to focus on what is true, noble, and praiseworthy—shifting our thoughts in alignment with God’s design.
A Christ-centered approach to brain retraining is about intentionally renewing our minds with God’s Word, prayer, and gratitude—fixing our eyes on Jesus rather than on self or the universe.
Q: How much time is required to do the work?
A: Most of my students have multiple very young children and are able to do the work required for healing while their children sleep. Personally, I’ve done the work with a newborn while nursing! I want to reassure you that even if you’re short on time, this course can still be incredibly effective.
Ideally, the tools are designed to take about an hour a day, but that time isn’t about adding another burden to your plate—it’s about transforming the way you experience motherhood. This isn’t just another task; it’s an investment in your peace, your patience, and your ability to show up as the mom and wife you want to be.
And if an hour feels impossible? If you can only spare 5 minutes three times a day, that’s perfectly fine! You can still notice a big difference just committing a short amount of time. The key is consistency, and even small, focused moments throughout the day will add up over time. The beautiful part is that as you start seeing results, you’ll want to make more time because the changes feel that good.
Q: I’m already in survival mode – how can I fit another thing into my day?
A: I hear you! It can feel like there’s no room in your day for anything extra, especially when you’re already in survival mode. The good news is, I’ve designed this course to work with your busy life. Each lesson is short and actionable, allowing you to make progress without feeling overwhelmed. You can move at your own pace, fitting the course in when it works for you, and still see meaningful transformation without adding stress to your already full schedule.

Q: I’m a working mother, will this help me too?
A: Absolutely! While many of my students are stay-at-home moms, the tools and strategies in this course are just as effective for working moms.
