Yes!! Everything is going well! I’m so thankful to have found your site. This has been the missing piece for my healing. Kyrie’s course is a game changer for all mamas out there! As a full time working mother in a corporate job, there is plenty of overwhelm and emotional outbursts in my life. Going through Kyrie’s course is not only incredibly relaxing, but it has given me so many great tips for bringing calm into my hectic days. From Overwhelmed and Anxious to Peaceful and Present: Victoria’s Transformation

Can I share something sad with you? I actually said this to a friend when I was deeply struggling with homemaking:

“I just hate this, I’m not cut out for it and I’m constantly failing. I’m a terrible mom and I just feel like I’d like my kids and myself better if I got away…Like everyday I feel like I’m trudging through molasses. The days are dreadfully long and horrible…I wish there were less hours in a day so I didn’t have to do this for so long.”

“I was over stimulated, living with chronic stress, an angry mom and a quarrelsome wife. I would dread it when my kiddos came to talk to me especially when I was in the middle of doing something. I would crave alone time away from my kiddos. Loud noises used to bug me. I was constantly in flight or fight because of triggers that reminded me of my childhood. It took me about a month to talk to my husband about the course because I have a hard time with paying for courses online that I am skeptical about. When I talked to my husband, we were prayerful about choosing this course. He remembered some great things that I told him you said in your videos and he was intrigued because he said not many people talk like you do. So, after a few days, we believe that you were sent by the Lord to help me so we bought the course. 

I started to recognize my triggers and annoyances so now I am able to either catch it before it becomes sin and follow your Brain Rewiring Formula, or if it does become sin, apologize to those I hurt and repent quickly. I have also been proactive in Brain Rewiring so that it prevents me from getting like this. I have not yet been able to do more than 5 mins 3x per day, but it’s a start and whatever I am doing now is working. I am also thankful for the extra homemaking tips such as scheduling and meal prep. I have also been working on my meal plan trello board.

My home has been more peaceful. I am looking for ways to spend time with my children. I have not been complaining to my husband very much. I do not look forward to “me time” instead I wake up asking my family how I can serve them today.

I didn’t even realize…that I was actually holding onto the overwhelmed, irritable me because if I changed that would mean I needed to repair relationships and didn’t want to appear fake. What a lie from Satan that is! A couple weeks in and I have felt a huge difference in my nervous system. I am just SOOO GRATEFUL for this course. My 4-year-old is having a bit of a rough patch. Some quick Googling tells me that kids’ limbic systems are really ramping up development around this age and that it can cause a rise in the fight-or-flight response in kids. Now that I am aware, I am able to look at him with grace and sympathy during difficult outbursts, realizing that he and I aren’t all that different right now. So last night when he was really going through it, instead of reacting how I normally would (snapping at him or removing fun privileges until he does what he’s told) I took him outside for some fresh air, told him to stop trying to hold in his tears and just let it all out, and then after taking several deep breaths together, we were able to talk it out. Turns out he wasn’t sure what was making him cry, he was just feeling sad and he needed a moment to breathe. Boy can I relate to that!! Praise God for this course and for Kyrie! This isn’t just helping me, it’s helping my whole family. My husband (who has intense childhood/adolescent trauma) is even working on healing his limbic system after observing how much I’ve been changing through this.

Also the fact that you have included homework and worksheets – gives a person practical exercises – not just pius platitudes. Further, there is no condemnation in your assessments of mom rage, impatience, yelling, ingratitude, complaining, etc – just a way out!! I am so thankful for this course. I started a week-ish ago and my symptoms are already better (fewer headaches, the tight gripping feeling in my throat has vanished, out-of-body experiences are fewer) and my patience with my children is getting better, I can tell they are responding to me differently. I’m exactly 50% into the course, so halfway there. The question from the post on how has it changed my journey in motherhood…well, I have a 19 month old baby and really struggle with anxiety but once I became a mother it only increased it. I definitely wanted the right tools and rewiring to help me so I can be the best version of myself. I would watch Kyrie’s videos on YouTube and relate SO much to her. I would think “this is just how I am, I’ve always had anxiety” or “I’ve been this way for sooo long, idk how to change”. I also had some mom rage I was dealing with just overall not enjoying life but constantly in a “fight or flight” mode. I privately emailed Kyrie about the course asking specifically how the course could help my needs. This course is definitely different then all other courses out there. Kyrie goes in depth on teaching us how and when to rewire our brain. She is also prompt at responding to questions and concerns. I have completed the course and have started to recognize why I am triggered and what I can do about it. Before this course I was discontent, very self-focussed, and easily angered. Using Kyrie’s course I have been able to stop in my tracks, detach/distract myself (take a few deep breaths, or find everything blue in the room), repeat my healing affirmation (basically that I am committed to rewiring my brain to be a joyful, faithful, and graceful daughter of the King, wife and mother. That I work diligently in the home, walk around with a smile. Also that I give all the trigger I am facing to God), Then I pray. This has been working very well. Also, I have my husband keeping me accountable and reminds me that I need a break or to do the brain rewiring. Since starting the course (I’m near the end of module 3) I feel like I can give better advice to other sisters in Christ that come to me with their struggles. Prior to the course, I would sometimes not know what to say so I’ll just tell them “I’m so sorry you are going through that. I’ll pray for you”. I just didn’t know how to help them. Now, 3 modules in, I feel like I have tools to encourage them and say more than ‘I’ll pray for you’. It took me 30 days to get thru the course (that was my goal you could def do it faster or a little slower and I’m going to start from the beginning again to soak in some more of the amazing advice and personalize my worksheets more). I have changed so much already!! I felt like I was holding a permanent grudge and just always mad at my husband and couldn’t even pinpoint the reason. I would get soooo mad and explode from the baby whining or alligator rolling during diaper changes😅. My dogs would send me into a rage for just being itchy or barking! I was constantly on edge and hyper vigilant. I came across Kyrie’s video and me and my husband both agreed I should try it! I do love to challenge myself and I love trying new things, I have been dedicated to this program and have really trusted in the process which I know has helped me have a great outcome! I have been to therapy for this phobia it’s so bad. I will turn down invites to outside gatherings or leave early because of bugs. I am no longer scared of the carpenter bees?!?! I can be calm outside and I mean TRULY calm with bees flying around me. My husband has been gone for almost 2 weeks, and when he is away the enemy starts doing his thing. Things break, fear and anxiety tries to creep into everything, and I can be very quick to react in a snappy and fearful way. This week, the enemy has been doing his thing and the amount of peace I have felt through it all brings me to tears! The amount of renewal of my mind in the times that felt so small before but now I see are so big, is so encouraging! The Lord has shown me so many things in myself, and I know His heart enough to know that usually means He is wanting to touch that part of me and has plans for breaking chains and setting me free. Last night, fear began to creep in, and I sat in bed repeating Psalm 23 until I felt peace just WASH over me and next thing I know I’m asleep and slept so well! Normally, I would start into anxiety of all the things that could happen and what I could do to prevent or prepare for it (fight or flight), BUT GOD! Also, I am seeing a change in my 4 year old daughter. I have struggled so much with anger and getting overwhelmed and frustrated easily. But as I’m learning to slow down in my responding and take a second to pray or reset my nervous system, I’m watching her do the same. She would normally get angry easily, as well, and yell at or hit her sister over frustrations, and now I’m watching her hug her sister, ask for forgiveness, and pray. It’s blowing my mind in the best way. All Praise to God!! I am SOOOO inspired reading everyone’s wins, as well as, everyone’s questions and struggles. Because it’s so sweet to see so many women realizing they aren’t alone and be free from the enemy’s lie that we are the only one dealing with the things we’re dealing with and that we should just be quiet so no one sees the struggle. I’ve been new to this program about 1 week in a half. About a month ago I was hit with tinnitus, and horrible anxiety(which I had never dealt with) and quickly spiraled into a 7 days sleep deprivation. No doctor could help. I started following Dr. Neville and realized I had have adrenal fatigue. In his program a huge portion is “meditation/visualization”. As a believer i felt nervous and led me to purchase this program which the Lord had been putting in my feed weeks prior. I cannot tell you how much this has helped. Where my body is, is delicate it is easy to pick up fears and then it make it to where I cannot function. Out of desperation I said well what do I have to loose. I’ll implement brain rewiring aspect. It is amazing how it works! The other day I believed the lie that I could not yo on vacation with our family because travel can be hard on adrenal fatigue patients. I did several relaxation and visualizations and nothing was working. My heart was racing. I went to the room and implemented the brain Rewiring strategies like 3 times that morning. Q: How do brain retraining and visualization fit in with a biblical world view?

A: Here’s what it comes down to: the presence of counterfeits doesn’t mean the original is bad—it means it’s worth counterfeiting. Visualization has been hijacked by the world, sure. But the Christian response isn’t to run from it screaming, but to take it back and use it rightly.

I’m not asking women to conjure up power from the cosmos or tap into a “higher self” or to manifest their desires (which is rightly condemned by Christians). I’m inviting Christian women to use the imagination God gave them to intentionally reflect on biblical truths and virtues—to picture the peace of Christ ruling in their hearts, to rehearse what it looks like to speak gently to their children, or to envision walking out the fruit of the Spirit in real, messy moments. This isn’t some esoteric light-beam to enlightenment. It’s just practicing godliness on purpose.

Visualization directed toward scriptural truths, under the authority of God’s Word and for the purpose of glorifying God, is consistent with biblical Christianity. I advocate for renewing the mind (Romans 12:2), taking thoughts captive (2 Cor. 10:5), and setting our minds on things above (Col. 3:2). I encourage women to imagine themselves actually obeying God and envisioning Christ with them in their kitchens, laundry rooms, and toddler meltdowns.

Everything I teach submits to God’s authority. Visualization, as a Christian, isn’t a tool to control the universe—it’s a way to reflect more deeply on God’s truth and His presence in our lives. We use our God-given imagination is directed toward Christ—His promises, His character, His commands. The Spirit renews our minds. He helps us think new thoughts and see with spiritual eyes.

Most modern courses on nervous system regulation and brain rewiring tend to fall into one of two camps: they’re either secular and rooted in New Age or purely scientific frameworks that ignore the spiritual dimension, or they’re entirely absent in Christian spaces, leaving believers without support in these areas. But Christians have always faced overwhelm, fear, stress, trauma, and emotional dysregulation—it’s just that the language and tools we use to describe it have changed. Many Christians have been hesitant to engage with neuroscience or psychology, fearing it’s too “worldly” or unbiblical. And on the other side, many secular or New Age practitioners recognize the power of these tools but try to wield them apart from the God who made our minds in the first place.

This leaves Christian women in a strange place—longing for peace and transformation, but not knowing where to turn that is both biblically faithful and practically effective.

Christians have always needed the peace of Christ to rule in their hearts (Colossians 3:15). But throughout history, their tools looked different.

The THS course takes the timeless truths of Scripture and marries them with modern neuroscience, showing Christian mothers how to:

Calm their body’s stress response using biblically aligned techniques,

Rewire unhelpful, anxious, or sinful thought patterns by renewing their minds in truth,

And reclaim their role as joyful, peaceful homemakers—even in chaos.

However, if this is a tool you aren’t comfortable with, I wouldn’t want this course to be a stumbling block for you (Romans 14:13) and would love for you to still be encouraged by my free content. My suggestion is to pray with your husband about this and follow the Lord’s lead.

Brain retraining, when Christ-centered, is rooted in renewing the mind according to Scripture rather than emptying the mind or relying on self as New Age practices do.

1. Biblical Meditation vs. New Age Meditation – New Age meditation often promotes emptying the mind, seeking enlightenment within, or manifesting desires. In contrast, biblical meditation focuses on filling the mind with God’s Word. Joshua 1:8 says, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night…”

2. Taking Thoughts Captive – Instead of passively observing thoughts (as mindfulness practices suggest), we actively take thoughts captive and align them with truth. 2 Corinthians 10:5 says, “We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”

3. Brain Renewal Through Scripture – Romans 12:2 tells us, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” A Christ-centered approach involves replacing negative or anxious thoughts with Scripture and truth, allowing God to reshape our thinking about many of life’s struggles.

4. Relying on the Holy Spirit, Not Self – New Age practices focus on self-empowerment and personal energy. In contrast, biblical brain renewal depends on the Holy Spirit. Philippians 4:8 encourages us to focus on what is true, noble, and praiseworthy—shifting our thoughts in alignment with God’s design.

A Christ-centered approach to brain retraining is about intentionally renewing our minds with God’s Word, prayer, and gratitude—fixing our eyes on Jesus rather than on self or the universe.

Q: How much time is required to do the work?

A: Most of my students have multiple very young children and are able to do the work required for healing while their children sleep. Personally, I’ve done the work with a newborn while nursing! I want to reassure you that even if you’re short on time, this course can still be incredibly effective.

Ideally, the tools are designed to take about an hour a day, but that time isn’t about adding another burden to your plate—it’s about transforming the way you experience motherhood. This isn’t just another task; it’s an investment in your peace, your patience, and your ability to show up as the mom and wife you want to be.

And if an hour feels impossible? If you can only spare 5 minutes three times a day, that’s perfectly fine! You can still notice a big difference just committing a short amount of time. The key is consistency, and even small, focused moments throughout the day will add up over time. The beautiful part is that as you start seeing results, you’ll want to make more time because the changes feel that good.

Q: I’m already in survival mode – how can I fit another thing into my day?

A: I hear you! It can feel like there’s no room in your day for anything extra, especially when you’re already in survival mode. The good news is, I’ve designed this course to work with your busy life. Each lesson is short and actionable, allowing you to make progress without feeling overwhelmed. You can move at your own pace, fitting the course in when it works for you, and still see meaningful transformation without adding stress to your already full schedule.

Many of my students experience almost immediate increased energy and stamina after implementing the tools I teach.

Q: I have no children (or am an empty nester), does this apply to me too?

A: Yes! My course is absolutely for women past the young children stage and for women who don’t have children. I have many women past that stage who are thriving in the course and finding great benefit from brain rewiring. Anyone can benefit from letting the Lord redeem their mind in this way!
