Common Questions About the THS Course

Q: Do you offer course scholarships?

A: At this time, my stewardship program has been completely fulfilled. It’s something I prayerfully budget and plan in advance, and I want to be faithful in honoring those boundaries so I can continue serving well.

Though it may not always seem obvious, each new student who joins does involve administrative work—like course access setup, backend enrollment, progress monitoring, community engagement, and ongoing support. I genuinely pour my heart into each woman who joins, and it’s important to me that I don’t overextend and risk compromising the quality of that care.

I truly hope you continue to be encouraged and equipped through all the free content I share. And I wholeheartedly trust that if the Lord is leading you to take the course, He will also provide the means in His perfect timing.

For this reason, I do offer my free workshop to get your started until the time is right to join the course:

Q: Will I get access to all the lessons at once?

A. Yes! This is an entirely self-paced program and you’ll have complete access to binge all the content at once, or take it slowly.

Q: How long do I have access to the course?

A: You will have lifetime access to this course and all the lessons and features that are added! Many students have taken the course multiple times and each time gather more and more information to support their journey.

Q: How do brain retraining and visualization fit in with a biblical world view?

A: Brain retraining, when Christ-centered, is rooted in renewing the mind according to Scripture rather than emptying the mind or relying on self as New Age practices do.

1. Biblical Meditation vs. New Age Meditation – New Age meditation often promotes emptying the mind, seeking enlightenment within, or manifesting desires. In contrast, biblical meditation focuses on filling the mind with God’s Word. Joshua 1:8 says, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night…”

2. Taking Thoughts Captive – Instead of passively observing thoughts (as mindfulness practices suggest), we actively take thoughts captive and align them with truth. 2 Corinthians 10:5 says, “We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”

3. Brain Renewal Through Scripture – Romans 12:2 tells us, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” A Christ-centered approach involves replacing negative or anxious thoughts with Scripture and truth, allowing God to reshape our thinking about many of life’s struggles.

4. Relying on the Holy Spirit, Not Self – New Age practices focus on self-empowerment and personal energy. In contrast, biblical brain renewal depends on the Holy Spirit. Philippians 4:8 encourages us to focus on what is true, noble, and praiseworthy—shifting our thoughts in alignment with God’s design.

A Christ-centered approach to brain retraining is about intentionally renewing our minds with God’s Word, prayer, and gratitude—fixing our eyes on Jesus rather than on self or the universe.

Q: How much time is required to do the work?

A: Most of my students have multiple very young children and are able to do the work required for healing while their children sleep. Personally, I’ve done the work with a newborn while nursing! I want to reassure you that even if you’re short on time, this course can still be incredibly effective.

Ideally, the tools are designed to take about an hour a day, but that time isn’t about adding another burden to your plate—it’s about transforming the way you experience motherhood. This isn’t just another task; it’s an investment in your peace, your patience, and your ability to show up as the mom and wife you want to be.

And if an hour feels impossible? If you can only spare 5 minutes three times a day, that’s perfectly fine! You can still notice a big difference just committing a short amount of time. The key is consistency, and even small, focused moments throughout the day will add up over time. The beautiful part is that as you start seeing results, you’ll want to make more time because the changes feel that good.

Q: I’m already in survival mode – how can I fit another thing into my day?

A: I hear you! It can feel like there’s no room in your day for anything extra, especially when you’re already in survival mode. The good news is, I’ve designed this course to work with your busy life. Each lesson is short and actionable, allowing you to make progress without feeling overwhelmed. You can move at your own pace, fitting the course in when it works for you, and still see meaningful transformation without adding stress to your already full schedule.

Many of my students experience almost immediate increased energy and stamina after implementing the tools I teach.

Q: I’m a working mother, will this help me too?

A: Absolutely! While many of my students are stay-at-home moms, the tools and strategies in this course are just as effective for working moms. In fact, if you’re juggling work and motherhood, learning to regulate your nervous system and create more peace in your home can be even more transformative.

I have many working moms in the group who have found it incredibly beneficial for managing all they have to juggle. One thing they’ve found especially helpful is my planner method, which simplifies mental load and helps you stay grounded, even on the busiest days. It’s designed to help you prioritize what truly matters, regulate stress, and create more peace in your home—without feeling overwhelmed by another to-do list.

Q: I have no children (or am an empty nester), does this apply to me too?

A: Yes! My course is absolutely for women past the young children stage and for women who don’t have children. I have many women past that stage who are thriving in the course and finding great benefit from brain rewiring. Anyone can benefit from letting the Lord redeem their mind in this way!

Q: Can I share the course with a friend to split the cost?

A: Great question—and I totally understand wanting to make things more budget-friendly. Since the course includes lifetime access and is tied to each individual’s login, it’s not something that can be shared between households. (The system tracks IP addresses to help keep things secure.) That said, if you have a few moms who are interested in joining together, I do offer a special group rate to make it more accessible. Just reach out and I’d be happy to chat about what that could look like for your group!

General Questions

Q: Where do you get your dresses?

All over! I love Neuflora for their neutral toned, flowy dresses. But I also have some from Target, Amazon, Old Navy. I also still wear my Pink Blush maternity dresses!

Q: What church do you attend/whats your denomination?

A: I always love when people ask questions like this because it shows such wisdom and discernment in choosing who you learn from.

I attend Renewed Life Church and am blessed to be part of a community that is firmly rooted in Scripture. Here’s a link to our church’s statement of faith if you’d like to read it: https://www.renewedlifewa.org/our-beliefs.

Q: Why I am showing my children in videos.

A: My husband and I have considered and prayed over this topic. We’ve looked at it from multiple angles, and ultimately, we just don’t personally see the danger in the way we’re sharing our family. Of course, we aim to use wisdom and discretion—we don’t share private or vulnerable moments, and we’re always mindful of how our children are being portrayed.

We believe that when kids are shown in a loving, respectful, and modest way—just being themselves in their home—it can actually be a beautiful witness to the goodness of family life and the fruit of gentle, godly homemaking.

Here are a few examples of how we see it differently than those who choose not to share:

• We’re not monetizing our children or asking them to perform—we simply share real glimpses of family life in a way that honors them. I don’t ask them to do any silly dances, skits, etc.

• We don’t film or share anything that would embarrass them or violate their privacy. No tantrums, bath times, discipline moments, or children in diapers, etc.

• They’re not the focus of the channel, but rather part of the life we’re sharing. The heart of the channel is to encourage other moms, not to center the spotlight on our children.

At the end of the day, every family has to follow the convictions God places on their heart. For us, we’ve felt peace and freedom to share as we do—and if that ever changes, we’ll gladly adjust. I truly believe fear shouldn’t be our guide, but rather wisdom, prayer, and the peace of Christ.

Q: Why do you charge for your course?

A: This course is something I’ve built with my own hands and heart. I provide free, heartfelt content on Youtube, my free Facebook group, blog, email newsletters, free workshop, and Instagram that cost me hours of my free time to create.

Let me open the curtain for you, to give you a bit of understanding.

To create and deliver all of this—the blog posts, free resources, videos, emails, web hosting, emails, the courses, and the customer care—here are just some of the monthly and annual expenses I personally shoulder:

Website Hosting
Course Hosting
Domain Name Fee
Course Platform fee
Digital download hosting fee
Email delivery platform
Zoom for workshops and coaching
Canva Pro for all design work
Vimeo for secure video hosting
Google Drive for file storage and sharing
QuickBooks for bookkeeping
Tailwind for pinterest scheduling
Virtual assistants to help (so this doesn’t take time away from my own family)
Video Editor
State LLC Formation Fees + Annual Report
BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) Report

Ongoing Legal Protections and Compliance

None of this includes the unpaid hours I spend writing, filming, answering emails, comments, etc. and showing up for women everyday.

Would you ask the same to a Christian bookstore owner? A counselor? A worship leader selling music online?

I hope this gives a broader scope into the backend. The course is over 8 hours long with a booklet of worksheets, guided sessions, tutorials, and lectures. I equate the price to the value.

Thank you for being here!

In Him,

Kyrie
